introduce you to new dance moves like the combination of the legs

introduce you to new dance moves, like the combination of the legs and belly moves, how to turn around while dancing, and how to dance on the side.
For the first move, you will have to turn to the side, have your hand up in the air, and the other down, to form a line between from the two hands. Your knees will allow you to go down and then up. Between the up and down moves, you will have to push your leg to the front. The whole move consists of:
Going with your knee down and moving your hip.
Pushing your leg to the front.

Going with your knee up while still moving your hip.
Pushing your leg to the front.
The same moves are repeated with your hands on your waist. You can turn to the other side, and perform the same moves with the other leg. Notice how the palms of the hands of the dancer are opening and closing with the moves.
The same move is also performed facing the camera. This time, the hands are spread and forming a “T” with the body, and the palms are still opening and closing.
To walk to the back, you will first have your hands on your waist, move one leg backwards and then the other, all while still moving your hips to the left and right to dance. You won’t have to bend your knees in this move. Then, with the moves, you will also move your hands: one to the front as if it’s pointing at something, and the other to your head.

To move to the sides while facing the camera, you will again have your hands forming a “T” and the palms opening and closing, and you will cross your legs to be able to move. You put one leg in front of the other, move, and then give a move to that side with your hip. The same is repeated to the other side.
The same moves are done to move to the front, with the hands one going to the front as if it’s pointing, and the other resting on the hips, and vice versa.
To walk to the sides while you’re not facing the camera, you will have one leg after the other, and then at the end move your hip. Do the same move to the other side. Don’t forget to move your hands
The same move you learned at first can be done while you are turning all around. All the moves are then combined.
